Terms and Conditions — ZC 777 Pakistan Betting Platform

Welcome to ZC 777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and ZC 777 ("the Platform", "we", "us") in relation to your use of the ZC 777 website at zc777.link and all associated services, products and features.

By accessing ZC 777, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all products offered at ZC 777, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), card games, esports betting, and any promotional or bonus offerings. To use ZC 777 you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times. ZC 777 actively enforces these requirements and will take action — including account suspension and withholding of funds — where violations are identified.

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use ZC 777. ZC 777 takes underage gambling seriously and will conduct age verification checks. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under any legal prohibition that would prevent you from using online gaming and betting services.
• One account per person: Each player is permitted one ZC 777 account only. Multiple accounts registered to the same person, household, IP address, device or payment method are not permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any pending bonuses or suspicious balances may be voided.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, current and complete. ZC 777 reserves the right to request verification documents at any stage to confirm player identity, age and payment method ownership.
• Not a ZC 777 employee: Current employees, contractors or associates of ZC 777 are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in promotions.

Registration at ZC 777 is free and straightforward. To open a ZC 777 account, you will be required to provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, email address and preferred payment method. All fields are required and must be completed accurately.

ZC 777 may at any stage ask you to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. Verification documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a selfie for liveness confirmation, and documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposit. ZC 777 processes verification requests promptly and will notify you of the outcome via email or the support channel used.

Your ZC 777 account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. ZC 777 will treat all bets placed through your account as having been placed by you, regardless of who actually placed them. Never share your login credentials with anyone.

All financial transactions at ZC 777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage — your balance is in PKR, your bets are placed in PKR, and your winnings are paid out in PKR.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at ZC 777 is Rs 200. Deposits can be made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer or Visa/Mastercard bank card. Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are typically credited to your ZC 777 balance within one minute. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes in some cases. ZC 777 does not charge a deposit fee — if your payment provider charges a transaction fee, that is outside ZC 777's control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method as the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically completed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank and card withdrawals may take longer depending on the player's financial institution.

• ZC 777 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds associated with suspected fraudulent activity or bonus abuse may be held pending investigation.
• Players may not reverse a withdrawal request once it has been approved and submitted for processing.
• ZC 777 does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method must be registered in the same name as the ZC 777 account.

All bets placed at ZC 777 are binding once confirmed by the player. ZC 777 will not accept requests to cancel or reverse a confirmed bet except in the limited circumstances described below.

Cricket Betting: ZC 777's cricket betting rules follow standard industry protocols. If a match is abandoned or cancelled before the minimum number of overs required for a result, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific PSL and international rules are displayed within each event. Live in-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time of bet acceptance — where there is a significant delay between placement and acceptance, ZC 777 reserves the right to void the bet.

Live Casino: All live casino games at ZC 777 use RNG-verified physical decks (for card games) or RNG-certified digital outcomes (for other formats). The dealer's decisions and outcomes are final. If a technical fault interrupts a live casino game mid-round, ZC 777 will apply its standard disconnection policy — typically voiding the round if no outcome had been reached, or settling at the last confirmed state if an outcome had been determined before the disconnection occurred.

Esports Betting: If an esports match is cancelled or postponed and is not rescheduled within 48 hours, all bets on the affected match are voided and stakes returned. If a match starts and is subsequently abandoned after sufficient play has occurred for a result to be determined (per ZC 777's per-game rules), bets will be settled on the available result.

• ZC 777 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on clearly incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all ZC 777 products and may vary by market, event type and account standing.
• ZC 777 may limit maximum winnings per player per event or per day at its discretion.

ZC 777 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to terms, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, time limits and maximum bet sizes while playing with bonus funds. The specific terms for each promotion are displayed on the promotion page or within the promotional communication.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying games for each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion terms. As a general rule, live casino bets may contribute differently to wagering requirements compared to sports bets — exact contribution percentages are shown per promotion.

Bonus abuse: ZC 777 takes bonus abuse seriously. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using bonus funds in a pattern designed to exploit wagering requirements without genuine play, and colluding with other players to farm bonuses. Where ZC 777 identifies bonus abuse, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

ZC 777 is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations seriously. Betting and gaming are forms of entertainment. They should never be used as a way to generate income or to recover financial losses. ZC 777 provides tools to help players manage their activity — use them whenever you feel they would be helpful.

• Loss limits: Set a maximum PKR amount you are willing to lose in a given period.

• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from ZC 777. During a self-exclusion period, ZC 777 will block access to your account and marketing communications.

• Any activity that ZC 777 reasonably believes constitutes money laundering or financial crime.
• Harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour directed at ZC 777 staff or other players via any communication channel.

ZC 777 uses monitoring technology to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, ZC 777 reserves the right to suspend accounts, void bets, forfeit balances and take legal action where appropriate.

All content on the ZC 777 platform — including but not limited to the ZC 777 logo, brand name, website design, graphics, software, written content, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ZC 777 or is used under licence from third-party rights holders.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, display or transmit any part of the ZC 777 platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ZC 777. Personal, non-commercial use of ZC 777 content is permitted solely in connection with using the platform as intended. Any other use requires express written permission.

The ZC 777 brand name and logo are trademarks. Unauthorised use of the ZC 777 brand — including for the purposes of impersonation, phishing or creating fake ZC 777 communications — is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.

ZC 777 operates on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain a consistent, reliable platform experience for Pakistani players, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults and factors outside ZC 777's reasonable control (including internet outages, server failures and force majeure events) may occasionally affect platform availability.

ZC 777 will not be liable for:

• Loss of earnings or profits that you attribute to your inability to access ZC 777 during a service interruption.
• Losses arising from bets placed based on incorrect information that you independently obtained from a source other than ZC 777's own platform.
• Any loss or damage to your device arising from your use of the ZC 777 website.
• Actions of third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks) that cause delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing.

ZC 777's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the bet or transaction involved. Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable law.

ZC 777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ZC 777 will notify registered players via email and/or an in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Your continued use of ZC 777 following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using ZC 777 and may request closure of your account via support at support@zc777.link.

Minor clarifications or corrections that do not change the substantive effect of the Terms may be made without prior notice to players. ZC 777 recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of the current version.
